Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using patrickdod.com (the “Site”), operated by Patrick Elementary Dads on Duty (“Dads on Duty,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Site depends on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general information about the Dads on Duty volunteer program at Patrick Elementary School. Using the Site or emailing us does not make you a program volunteer. Volunteers must complete volunteer processing, including a background check, and training, and must follow the program’s job description and rules.

Program Materials

Documents posted on the Site, such as the job description, training materials, schedules and recruitment poster, are provided for program use. You are welcome to share them to promote or take part in the program. Please do not alter them, or use the Dads on Duty name or logo for any other purpose, without our permission.

Links to Other Websites

The Site may contain links to websites or services that Dads on Duty does not own or control. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. We are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods or services.
